EASY 30-DAY RETURNS

At Monsieur Laurent, we want you to love every item you order. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we make the return process as easy as possible.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

RETURN COSTS

• Defective or Incorrect Items: No cost to you. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we'll cover the return shipping.
• Change of Mind: If you ordered the wrong item, the item doesn't meet your expectations, or you simply changed your mind, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@monsieur-laurent.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Pack Your Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and any included accessories.
3. Ship It Back: Drop off your package at the nearest carrier location. You'll find the full instructions in your return authorization email.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item to confirm it meets our return criteria. After approval, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

EXCHANGES

Want a different style or color? No problem! Contact us and we'll help you exchange ur item quickly and easily.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.
